Personal Narrative: 110 Weston Place

Dispatched to 84 Weston Place for a complaint of a barking dog.
I arrived on scene and was unable to locate the dog. I knocked on the alleged home, but was unable to have someone answer the door.

I proceeded to 110 Weston Place to speak with the caller. He stated this is an on going issue and her has asked the male a few times to help with the problem. The caller related it is bothering other neighbors and keeping his child awake. He said the barking last for several hours usually and that it was a few hours on this night as well. Shortly after calling for the police he said they let the dog in the house.

After clearing I drove around the block to get the license plate from the actors vehicle. During this time and individual inside let the dog back outside. The dog began to

She related she had just moved there from Massachusetts to be with her "babies daddy." WILSON related the dogs are not hers. and that he is at work She said the dogs are his and he is on the phone with her during this time. I asked what his name is (the dog owner) and she said ROJAS. She said he was on the phone and asked if I wanted to speak with him. I said that I did not need to. That he heard my conversation with her in regards to the dogs needing to be stopped from barking for hours. I advised I had pending calls that I needed to respond to and only wanted his name for now and asked for his first name. She related that he told her on the phone that the name will not be given to me if I didn't get on the phone. I told her I will get the name another way. I requested her to inform him (ROJAS) he will be receiving citations in the mail for the violation(s). WILSON said she puts the dogs out because she has a two year old child inside. She said she puts them out when he is gone. I suggested a cage for them if they are destructive in the home. The dogs outside continuously barking for the neighbors is not
