Personal Model Of Servant Leadership

Do you know what values are and which are the most important to you? Values are defined as a person’s ethics of behavior shaping the person’s vision. There are many ways to comprehend what is important to the person but one way is by taking the Rokeach Value Survey. The survey was created by psychologist Milton Rokeach consisting of the most important values. The personal models of leadership are personal growth and development which were broken down into four different values. The values were divided by different levels, behavior, meaning and impact. In order to be a leader, one must first be a servant who serves others first otherwise they will never know what people need. Servant leadership has values that allowed people to follow their footsteps.
