Personal Learning Plan Analysis

After taking the SSAT, I found there are still some very important skills that I need to improve on. In addition, I also found out that there are a lot of skills that I have improved greatly on over the past four semesters of nursing school.
This semester, my personal learning plan is to because competent with each of the Nurse of the Future competencies, as well as, succeed with each of the objectives that were noted on the SSAT. The SSAT proved that I have become a competent nursing student in patient centered care, safety in the nursing field, and communication between the patients and myself. Although I am not nearly perfect at these skills, I feel prepared to use them in my soon to be self-practice.
