The Author of the article entitled “Personal leadership skills are those that ensure we are the best we can be” Tom Armelino, discusses about what makes up good and successful personal leadership; using the example of leadership in education.

He begins his article by illustrating the mission of teachers’ leadership which says that “advocating for student to succeed and thrive is our life mission” (Armelino, 2016, p.7).
