The way in which an individual leads is solely based on his or her personal values and beliefs. In an educational setting, an individual must have a vision about how teaching and learning should be provided for the group of students being served and additionally have the mindset to create a shared vision amongst stakeholders. It is my personal philosophy that school should be an organization where all individuals, leaders, teachers, and students alike, learn and grow together, creating a school culture that fosters equity and access.
