Personal Leadership Model Paper

In my Personal leadership model, I have considered four values related to each level. First, I mention Wisdom as a fundamental value of life. Academic degrees are not the only requirement to act on knowledge. It is admirable how people manage to take advantage of all lived experience. They manage to form foundations to reach their ideals from the positives experiences; While negative experiences are taken as a lesson learned in the best way. All experiences both positive and negative are for wise people of unparalleled value, because this individuality is unique and they become the essence of their existence. The behavior of a wise people is analytical, giving place to a detailed analysis of the decisions that must be made by recounting their previous experiences, looking for similarities that shed light on the new chapter. Their knowledge can also be obtained by experience or academic degree.

However, wisdom should not be used only for personal purposes, but also as a tool capable of being used with others. Working for the welfare of other

In current organizations, we seek the greatest motivation and linkage those who conform it at all hierarchical levels. Increasingly, fair and equal treatment is needed for workers and employees not only as a labor force but also as a reflection of the Society. Opening the doors to the feminine labor force in jobs and equal economic retribution. This two factor must be equal to the masculine group that occupy the same positions. Initiatives should be emanated from the leader who seeks to foster practices to create those changes to benefit equal opportunities by making efficient use of the human resources, improving the productivity, the work environment and the reputation of the organization showing that an equal treatment positively influences the mood of those who form the
