As an aspiring business man growing up, one of my principal values has been leadership. I continually placed myself in countless leadership positions throughout life, striving to earn the respect of my peers and gain the skills necessary to effectively manage a group. An important attribute to my strong influence on people is my personal initiative which drives my business passions. While in college, I’ve enriched important qualities and values of strong management through my roles as a leader in my fraternity as well as employment.

Venturing into college, I decided to join a fraternity. Rather quickly, I became one of the most well-renowned members of my house. As sophomore year approached, I was elected Recruitment Chairman and acted as
