When I was a child I started to dream about what I wanted to be, like the majority of children, and I also started to hear comments from family and teachers about different fields. Later on, I learned I was a people person, I enjoyed very much talking to friends and especially my aunts, that always have a good story to tell, even when they said that story was “not for my age”. Sometimes I was sleeping and I did not realize , I thought there was only closed my eyes when I really had spent several hours there. when I was in my third semester, I took Neuropsychology course and at the end of the class I said “this is what I want to do”, and on the sixth semester a famous psychiatric started teaching us cognitive impairments and I got attached to him as a volunteer for projects and researchers in a recognized public university. I also did my internship at the mental health hospital that he owns. I knew that Doctor could teach me lots of things, and that happened, so he trained me to assess cognitive impairments, diagnosed and treatment, misbehavior problems, mental health diseases, and counseling. For that time I was the Psychology Program Coordinator in Mental Hospital Mental Hospital where I did my professional practice; so I was professionally satisfied and very busy, but we as a family, my husband, our children and I, decided to come to U.S for new opportunities. I firmly believe that children and adolescents are our future and I love working with them, support them and help them develop all their skills. I know this field of psychology will allow me to do what I love. These are the reasons why I want to be in the school psychology
