Personal Health Operational Plan

Improved Essays
This paper aims to present a personal strategic plan to be executed in a three years period and will consist of actions and all elements needed to fulfill my personal and professional goals. A comprehension of a previous background and a SWOT analysis will be included in order to gather information and begin to shape the plan. It will consider three distinct areas in my life that I find most significant: health, career and personal. Each of the operational plan will include short-term (2016), medium-term (2017) and long-term (2018) goals and objectives.
The health operational plan will consist of all requirements to develop new health habits towards a more fitness body and to sustain a healthy lifestyle that will positively impact my performance
