For physical health, I engage in jogging every day for about an hour, 30 minutes after lunch and 30 minutes after dinner. My record shows that I have done more than 400 hours on community services last year. For intellectual health, most of the time I will carefully think about the consequences as I make a decision in life. For example, I chose to transfer to Community College after my sophomore year in high school and I decided to take online class in order to study environmental stuff in Japan because Japanese are doing a great job on it. I spent 2 months to decide and took many advices from others. For personal health promotion, I am doing my best to care about personal health promotion. I do not drink and I will try to advise other and stop them from binge drinking. For example, last time my family was holding a Chinese style party called the party of school begins. My father and his friends were using it as an excuse on drinking, and I tried to stop them from drinking and let them understand the harm of binge drinking. I was not success on everyone but I did stop my father and some of his friends from drinking alcohol that night. Overall on the health assessment, I think I should keep it up, keeping doing what is right and be aware of not only my own health but also the health of the people around
