To begin, my first personal goal is to pursue a graduate degree in the United States as I did in my homeland of France.
As a matter of fact, my motivation for pursuing this degree in Organizational Leadership is to better my understanding of the Organizations functioning, their leadership, talent acquisition and developing myself.
This degree will not only allow me to better my career by becoming more marketable, but it will also help me regain confidence.
Indeed, I am currently a compliance professional with Western Union, I believe that not having a US based education is holding me from advancing in my career.

Firstly, I don't have any financial restrain, secondly, I have a job that can help me visualize my goals better and put in perspective what I'm studying and what I want to do in my career concretely.
I would like to build solid grounds for the future and reach excellence in this cursus by working hard, delivering on time and going the extra mile to obtain high grades.
The school environment itself is interesting, it will be a new way for me to learn and study exclusively online. I am very much open to change. This time I am not going to school just for school, I am enrolling with a vision.

As far as I am concerned, my main strength is my intellectual curiosity, then comes my determination and my desire to learn and self-improve. I love to study and to discover different areas.
