1.Personal Beliefs:

I believe my purpose in life is to tell others about Jesus and why He died on the cross for us. As a human, I must trust and rely on God, and believe that He has a specific plan and purpose for me. Everything that He does has a reason behind it, even if it does make sense at first. One of the many things I have learned growing up in a Christian family, is to live for Jesus and not others. I believe that most important aspects to my personal beliefs is having a personal relationship with Jesus, because it shapes my actions and thoughts in life. Last year, I felt I needed to get more involved in my community and serve others and not focus just on myself. Therefore, I decided to become a leader in my church by helping

The incorporation of faith into the academics is what I value and I would like to experience this opportunity. Therefore, being surrounded in a Christian atmosphere and with people who share the same values as me, will strengthen my relationship with the Lord and allow me to make lifelong friendships. I love that Olivet has many opportunities to get involved in the church and community.

I am up to the challenge of balancing school work, social life, and most importantly trusting in God’s plan for my future.

Attending a college that is spiritually based will not only give me the opportunity to have a diverse perspective through the academics but, help learn more about God.
