1. How do you feel about your fitness testing results and why?
I’m very happy with my fitness testing results because I can see a significant improvement on crunches over the year, and I have improved on most fitness tests including pushes ups, crunches, P.A.C.E.R. test, and vertical jump.

2. What health-related physical fitness components did you improve?
The health-related physical fitness components I improved are muscular endurance and strength.
