Personal Experience: Working With At-Risk Students

In my work field consists of me interacting its individuals from different backgrounds. My work involves me working with at-risk youths from the city of buffalo and from different countries like asylum seekers. I have clients who are from Africa and Asia. As a student, I had the opportunity to tutor three scholar students from Kazakhstan. They studied studying at Oklahoma State University for a year. All three of them did not speak English well but they are motivated to learn. I have never found individuals who speak a different language, races, religion to be an issue. Everyone in this world is different and to me, that is a great thing because I could not imagine the world where everyone is the same; that would be tiresome. The students I
