I will also start reading books that talk about decision making so that I can acquire more knowledge on being an effective decision maker.
3. Employee involvement.
I prefer to work alone and that means that I fail to involve other employees in planning and decision making. I will work on employee involvement by including employees in the planning and decision making processes and giving them an opportunity to express their opinions. I will work on giving other employees authority to handle their responsibilities in the most efficient manner. This will empower the employees and as a leader I also get to learn from other people and be more open minded.

This will make me feel good as a person and most importantly it will positively impact on the lives of my fellow employees.
2. Leadership behavior.
My leadership behavior and abilities are average but I would want to be an exceptional leader who inspires and works together with the team to achieve a common goal. I will work on my leadership behavior to be a more friendly leader and team player and to create trust amongst the other people I work with so that together we can have a healthy work environment. I will also want to be a team leader who listens and considers the opinion of my team mates. The only way I can achieve this by being actively involved in whatever the team is doing and being a keen
