Definition of Ethics The terms ethics define the primary models and fundamental guidelines that effectively define the human conduct in relation to other individuals, or in the manner in which people do things. In the business world, the word ethics have been defined as the moral code or a philosophy that is adopted and practiced by the professionals to help streamline their daily conducts while at their stations of work, thus enabling them to conduct their daily businesses in a more responsible manner, with more integrity and honesty.
