I feel that I am extroverted, agreeable, conscientious, emotionally stable, and open to experience. I feel that I scored very high in the conscientious category because I consider myself to be responsible, dependable and goal oriented. I set goals for myself and I strive to reach them and try not to add more on myself than I am able to handle. Therefore, I usually like to complete one goal before starting another. It was interesting to see that conscientiousness predicts job performance for all occupational groups. This trait of my personality not only is the key to high job performance but also says that I exert greater levels of effort on my job and develop higher levels of job knowledge. The Jungian 16-Type Personality assessment stated that my scores combined into the four letter personality classification of ENFJ. The assessment did show that my delegation skills need substantial improvement. I do very well with giving good performance feedback. The type of organizational culture I enjoy is a formal, mechanistic, rule-oriented and structured culture. I tend to be committed to the organization I work at and with that assessment I scored a 4.33. I do feel very motivated to manage and my scores reflected such. I also scored relatively strong for potential for success in a global management position.
