My most impressive project without a doubt would have to be my eagle scout project. When I was 17, I tasked myself with repainting the interior of an apartment used by a ministry for an afterschool program they had. I was able to effectively manage the younger scouts and delegate responsibility to finish the project in a timely manner. We had to move everything off the walls, lay drop cloths, and tape off the door frames. I was required to keep track of the expenses involved, in addition to the tools, equipment, hours, and any donations. A lot of communicating and organization was also involved, as I engaged with scout leaders and parents, as well as the person in charge of maintaining the apartment.
