Personal Narrative: The Incarnation Of God

Improved Essays
This night was a night like no other I have ever known. “Enchanted Land” indeed The carefully kept boundaries between our known, conscious world, the spiritual world, and the teep, beating heart of Nature all began to dissolve.

It was like an altered state of consciousness without drugs. That land itself changes you, open the seeker to new realms of being, of oneness with the ages

For us, Urban Chicagoans with little opportunity for an outdoor like, to be naked in the hot tub under the starry skies with that amazing full moon pouring forth its glow over us; to be drawn so completely to the starry night and to be visited by shooting stars were beyond anything where our ever selves; to be in such a state

Already I am unable to give the one I could hope to this new chapter in my life quest for Cosmic Christ Consciousness (Never named it quite like that before.)

But I must begin, at least by saying “Good morning” to the Essence within me. It is a new way of speaking and one with which I am not yet comfortable. I am perfectly comfortable dialoguing with the God “out there”. Or, even, the one who dwells within me as God’s temple. But they are separated from me, to begin to address the divinity with me as me - thats tip-toeing with what feels like blasphemy. Isn’t that exactly what the pharisees accused Jesus of? Scary! And, yet, I am to follow in His way. I have donse so with taking up my cross. Suffering is not the problem. Incarnating God - becoming God that a problem! Didn’t exactly roll off the tongue - or the heart! Scares me, weakens my knees.

Yet it is the call. It is the vision that hs been kept under wraps, lest our egos run wild and loose the humility which is essential to the

Now, onward!

My Beloved,
It is with great joy, as well as trepidation I enter into this sacred relationship with You. I am aware of entering into this new foreign space, of stepping into the icon for the three and knowing the One. I hear your calming of my fears and feel the lessening of my defenses. You are all that matters filling all the spaces of your darklight opening all to the eternal. You are mine and I am yours. Amen

Red Destiny 2010 p047

Karen,
Welcome I have long awaited your coming in this way, that we might touch and merge and walk together through life. My burden is easy. Do not fear the hardships that might await you or the trials of life. All will be illuminated for there is nothing that is not sacred within the holy realms. You will have to trust me, more and more and life will be joy as I am your purpose, your means, your source.

Go and share my news. Others wait, keeping the spark alive in hope. Blow holy breath upon it. Let the stars of the heavens shine through you.

Glory be to the God, All-in-all, Forever!

The Doctrine and Covenants is a book of divine revelations, given to members of the Church of Jesus Christ, to help further the establishment of Christ’s Kingdom and contains an invitation to follow the Lord Jesus Christ. As one engulfs oneself into the Doctrine and Covenants, one will find out that, just as the Book of Mormon is the keystone of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the Doctrine and Covenants is a companion to the Book of Mormon and is the capstone of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The Doctrine and Covenants gives new insight to gospel topics and one can further partake of the bread of life as one drinketh from the pages of the Doctrine and Covenants to come closer to Christ.…

This morning the focus of my meditation was on Tamar the beautiful young virgin daughter of the King David. No doubt she was waiting for the man she trusted God would one day bring to her… I was touched by the tragic irony of Tamar’s dress. She ripped the fabric of her robe as surely as Amnon ripped the fabric of her honour. What touched me most was the inappropriate response of her brother Absalom. No doubt he loved his sister, but here’s what he said to Tamar, “Be quiet and don’t take things to heart”(2 Sam 13:20).…

It is for that courage that when the sun may touch us with its glimmer from above, we can arise to it with outstretched arms.…
