Curiosity improves our quality of life. It lets you embrace unfamiliar circumstances, which gives you more opportunities to discover and find joy. There are four different studies that prove this to be true. First, curiosity is the drive for intellectual achievement. The study shows that curiosity prepares the brain for learning. It also shows that when a person is more interested in a topic they tend to learn quicker. Second is social relationships. Anthony Robbins said, “the quality of your life is in direct proportion to the quality of your relationships.” We all value the curiosity in our friends. What happens if you just are not a curious person? Should you give up and accept that you will never be happy or achieve anything in life? Luckily, curiosity is not a gene that is passed on, it can be cultivated. By doing things that you are interested in, you can easily solve this problem. Not being curious means that you are not learning and experiencing new things. Therefore, fewer people will find you interesting, and you won’t be interested in the wonders of life that await you each day (Brown). As Albert Einstein famously said: “I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious”
