What I thought would be one of the best days of my life turned out to be the worst. I was always the type of person that wanted to be wherever the crowd was at. So I spent most of my weekends at my high school football and basketball games. I never wanted to miss a game because I was afraid that I would miss out on something important. Then I would be forced to hear it from my best friends. When I would rather have my own personal experience of all the funny and exciting events that happened. The boys were super excited because this our first time beating them for the past two years. It was so many people in the parking lot it was like a block party. So we decieded to stay and chat with a few people we know and take more pictures so we can add to our Instagram. So after everything had died down we got in the car to leave. My best friend begun to reverse the car until suddenly we heard a loud “bang.” My heart dropped and I immediately asked my best friend, “What did you do?” she replied, “I accidently just hit the car behind us.” From that point id didn’t know how to handle this situation. So we all got out to car to see if anything was damaged. I said a quick prayer to myself asking god to let nothing be wrong. But to my surprise I saw a dent and the other and scratches on my best friend. A few seconds later we saw a lady scream, “Hey, did you just hit my car?” We all looked at each other and jumped in the car and drove off quickly. The lady attempted to run after us but we was gone with the wind. My heart was beating really fast and I was in shock and disbelief of what just happened. As I walked in I saw my three best friends sitting in the waiting room. We all was confused on the reasoning of us being there, thinking we did nothing wrong. Until I saw Alex and his grandmother walk through the door. It felt like my heart dropped to my stomach and my stomach fell to the floor. So our dean sat down with us and asked about the incident that took place on Friday night. We all played along as if we knew nothing he was talking about. I said, “That was no incident, the only thing we did was attend the game and returned home. He said, “Well this lady is claiming that you ladies were in a car in the driver backed in her car causing damages and fled the scene. So if you know this is true confess now or we have to call your parents because she has evidence.” Then he showed us a picture of her phone which my best friend tag number. So before things got worst my best friend finally confessed her wrong doing and apologized to Alex’s grandmother. We all followed behind her and apologized also because we knew that we was at fault. She forgave us and told us to promise to never do anything like that again and she agreed to not take it to the next level by getting our parents involved. She said, “I just want you young ladies to understand the way we handled the situation was outright wrong and never wanted us to do something like that again.” We all gave her the biggest hug and apologize once
