Personal Essay: Soccer Is A Beautiful Sport

Soccer truly is a beautiful sport. As all team sports go, soccer embodies teamwork: no team can win solely based on the skills of one player; the players’ interaction on the field and off, is at the base of the game. My experiences practicing the sport have had the biggest impact on me, and how I view collaboration, seeing that skills are developed as a team.
On the field, the team learns that communication is key; we cannot work as parts of a whole unless every individual is willing to communicate openly. We also understand that it is a constant learning process, as we regularly get new teammates and so, regularly need to learn how to communicate with these new people.
The team works with a coach, who has the wisdom to understand the best
