My Journey to Tennessee. On October 27, 2013, I moved to Tennessee. I had initially started planning to move out of my parent's house in August when I had rekindled an old relationship from the past. She and I decided that we had been dating long enough to consider moving in together, but there was one problem. We lived in two different states, I was in Maryland, and she was in Tennessee. After weeks of deciding which one of us was going to leave the state we were in, I decided to move to Tennessee. I felt as if it were time for a change, and that I could get used to a different environment. August 1, 2013, my planning began. I made sure I purchased my flight leaving on October 26, 2013, from Baltimore Washington International Airport, going to Nashville International Airport. …show more content…
Winter was approaching so I knew I needed to be sure to bring a few coats, scarfs, boots and gloves. Only a few outfits were going with me on my flight, so I need to choose wisely. I ended up packing a few pairs of Jeans, and a few sweaters and being done with it. October 26, 2013, finally came and it was a beautiful Saturday. The weather was around 63 degrees that morning which was not too cold. I had on a pair of maroon timberlands, with dark blue jeans and a making maroon sweater covered with a black leather vest. I was standing outside enjoying the weather while waiting for my cab. The cab pulled up, and we were on our way to the airport.
