My Amazing Grandma
Most people could say that the perfect grandmother does not exist. I actually disagree. What I know for a fact is that my grandmother is perfect. My grandmother is perfect in every way; the way she dresses, the way she moves, the way she behaves, the way she speaks, etcetera. Sometimes, I just think that it could be great, if I could be a little bit of what she is. Her great personality is full of other amazing qualities. I’m going to start by describing the way my grandma looks like.

She is a very calm person. For example she walks really slowly, I have never seen my grandma in a rush, although she walks a lot to everywhere in town. She never really liked going out in a car. She would say NO in a deep voice whenever someone asks to give her a ride. She paces herself when she walks. The way she eats is phenomenal. She has a particular way to drink her soup. She chews without making any noise. She loves to eat with us her grandchildren, and every time that I eat with her, I feel loved and privileged. She takes pride in her cooking skills. She never speaks when she’s eating. However when she speaks, it is really easy to notice her expressions, because she usually has a straight face, but when she doubts, she has that doubting face. She smiles when she is happy or when she’s in a good mood, and she is serious when she’s mad. Her expressions usually tells what mood that she is in.
She is always there to listen to anyone talking about their sorrows and she also is the kind of person that is interesting to listen to. I could say that when I listen to her I learn something because she’s a wise person. Every time I want a good advice or an honest opinion, I always go to her, because she gives me her opinion from the bottom of her heart. She never lies to me. On the other hand when she needs to tell me something, she always wait for the perfect time to tell me, somewhere discreet. If it is something bad she always tells me not to worry and that God has control of

In the short story “ A Good Man is Hard to Find” by Flannery O’Connor the grandma isn’t just a regular sweet old lady. Through out the story she proves herself to be a lousy and conniving mother and grandmother. Not only does she deceive her family, but also herself. A close look at her words and actions show the grandmother to be manipulative, over critical, and over compensating in her own judgments of herself.…

To me my Michigan hero isn't just any average person here in Michigan but to everyone around them they were. This person was always kind to everyone she met and she was always there for me and for all her friends. She did lots for Ludington like help with the Fourth of July parade, the boat show, and she made sure everything worked and was good down at sportsman, Barley and Rye, and the Mitten Bar. But I don't know what I would do if my grandma was never alive. I have many times that I love about my grandma like any time my dad and my step mom would fight she would always be there to take me and my brother to go get ice cream or something so that we don't get involved in all the arguing.…

I spent many hours after school sitting in the sparsely active cafeteria, while she served the students with a smile on her face. My Grandma was a kind, selfless woman who would never let you go hungry. It’s cliche, I know, but the world truly did lose a great human being. After her passing, My Mimi, who is my father’s grandmother, took me in and supplied me everything I needed to succeed in life.…
