Golf isn’t something you can just pick up, it's like most sports where you have to practice to gain the skills to be good a the sport. When I first started golf I wasn’t that good, I couldn’t hit the ball straight or far. Overtime with practice, I picked up skills that I use when I play now. This goes to tell you that golf is a sport and not a game because you have to practice to get better just like football or any other sport.
Some people might say golf is a game because it requires more mental strength than physical strength. But they’re wrong golf is just as much of a sport as and others even though there might not be contact or constant running.
