I decided to wait to attend college and go job hunting instead, but I do plan on starting college as a part time student in 2017. Will start of with my core classes first and decide on my major later. I enjoy discussions about social issues and politics and furthering my knowledge on said things. I like technology escpecially computers, I like them so much i decided to build my own. I enjoye working with people and talking with them face-to-face, so keeping my career in the path of customer service is preferable to me.

Remain calm don’t let their attitude affect yours, a positive attitude is just as infectious as a negative one. I would continue to to talk to them in a nice and calm matter since getting irritated or mad would just increase their anger. Then I would proceed to fix their problem and if I am unable to I will take them to someone who can assist them with their problem.

I had a customer who wanted an engagement ring we had for sale but, we didn 't have it in her size. I 've only covered the jewelry department for breaks so I don 't have much knowledge about it. So we went through several other rings to try them out only to find we only carry a standard size 7 ring. Later that year I was applying to mall jobs during the holiday season where I got hired as a basic sales accosiate at the Express. It lasted for about 3 months, and I gained better communication and customer skill. Right after the holiday season ended I got my job at Kmart where I started off as a clothing merchandiser. For about 6 months I was apart of the nightly crew who would do go backs, assist customers, and maintained the departments. After that I got my promotion as the supervisor of womens lingerie and sleepwear. I learned how to use different components of out store operating system and our hand held gadgets. I was also trained in floor merchanding, like how to do floor layout, update displays, do yearly resets. I am still currently in that position but for 3 months i trained on how to process defective, damaged, discountinued products. I learned all of the basics for that positions and quit a bit of the advanced stuff. With all of that I 've learned how to work in other ares in the store like our womens mens and kids clothing, along with the sshoes and infant department. While also being trained on how to do process and ship our online orders.
