A Person I Love
My oldest sister “Patty” is truly someone that I love. Her devotion and commitment to life is why I love her and I am proud to be her brother. Patty is the oldest out of four siblings. There is a twelve year age difference between us. She practically raised me as our parents both worked to support us. She is one person in my life that I respect and love dearly.
We have always seemed to be able to relate to each other, even with the age difference. However, she didn’t hesitate to disciple me if I got out of line. She devoted many tireless hours taking care of her. To see this as I was growing up myself helped me to become aware of how complicated life is. Having all this on her plate really took a toll on her. I really became more and more involve with talking with her kids and showing them how much their mom was doing. Her dedication to her family was purely remarkable.
As time moved forward my sister seems to have adjusted to life. Her career took off and blossomed. Her kids’ have married and became mothers and fathers. Her grandkids call her the best grandmother in the world. Not to mention I also call her the best grandma in the world.
Actually, she is the best sister in the world. Her influence made me appreciate my life. Still today we chat and text each other. We even work out together at the gym every chance we get. Having her as my sister has been wonderful and I am thankful to say she is a person that I truly love.
In conclusion, my sister “Patty” has always been one person in my life that I truly have a remarkable respect for, and deeply love with all my

For me at least, it's my older sister, Amber Oertel. She has been with me through some of the greatest losses in both of our lives, she has also been the source of some of my greatest adventures, but most of all, she has been an important role model in my life.…

She is so loving, caring, and always there for Haydn no matter what. I asked Stephanie how being a mom came so naturally for her, she said, “Being a mom came naturally for me because I had a good role model my mom, seeing her raise my sister and brother all by herself taught me that I could do it to”. I asked Haydn if he thought his mom was a good mom and he said “My mommy is the best mommy ever I love her so much”. Overall, my sister let nothing stop her from being a good mom and still living her life. She still went to school and got her diploma and even is in college.…
