There are many various activities and duties students are involved with in the course of any given semester, so allocating the proper amount of time to studying is a crucial part of the responsibility of the student. The first step to success is wanting to succeed. If a student of any age plans to succeed, they need to be willing to put in the required effort, and manage their time to accommodate the countless distractions that life dishes out. Once a student finds what habits fit best for them, and establish a work ethic, then their ceiling as a student and a professional will be high. There is no perfect student. I have a few beers and watch sports while I do my work, but I do my work. Reflecting back, I still can't believe how far I have come in terms of my studying habits and education. I have a great support system, and people that believe in me, which I can never leave unnoticed to my personal success. I also know there is still plenty of work to be done. My advice to myself and all students is quite simple. Stay hungry in whatever field you choose, and never assume something will just be given to you, go out and earn
