I never knew how my personal values would be grounded in my professional social work practice. Basically, being honest, don’t be hatred and fairly have to do with the six core values in many ways. Integrity apply within be honest. Social justice being equal and fair. Don’t be hatred involved with dignity and worth of the person. As respect for others and caring as well. This will help me in the long run to work in a level where I could be using my personal values that apply within the core values. Being an understandable, respectful, and devoted person will help me success and accomplish goals. Helping others by making ethical result that will bring positive endings. These personal values and core values may clash in many ways. One way, is if you happen to have a horrible case where there innocents victims involved and the criminal don’t have any mercy, I would be devasted because that is social injustice. Is immoral and not thinking ethically. How could you work with someone that don’t care? How can you grounded the core values and personal values when there people who are not responsible of their own acts? knowing they are not acting right and causing danger to society. Also, if someone keep on abusing over and over that is insane. Where are the values? I believe I would have a hard time understanding this kind of crimes but hopefully with the training and skills I could manage to make
