Characteristics. Leadership is a characteristic that I have and express with maturity and responsibility. I enjoy helping others reach their goals in anyway I can. I communicate and express my ideas well to others. I have no problem talking to people in person, listening to their concerns, and finding the best route of action in the moment to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I am also very organized in all aspects of my life. All meetings, appointments, lessons, and classes are clearly placed in a calendar to keep me aware of anything going on. I do not miss homework assignments, for it is neatly kept in a notebook to keep me on task. Something I lack is accounting skills. I have always been good with numbers but I need to work on …show more content…

Office space: Even though my business is mostly retail, I want the option of office space. This way the financial aspects of the business can be handled in a different area than the selling of the product.

Some of the major competitors in my area therapy centers. These businesses are located fairly close to my business, but since I won’t be offering therapy until the future, and I offer essential oils, I am not worried about how close they are since our businesses are different. The address of the building I choose is,420 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116. The location is right off of Boylston Street which is a fairly busy street in the downtown Boston area. Many people drive down this street throughout the day to stop for shopping and food. Since the street is one way, it receives more traffic than on a daily basis.
The building offers both retail and office spaces which is exactly what I was looking for. I will obtain 1,100 sq.ft for $50 per sq. ft each year. In total each year I will pay $55,000 for the building rent; each month I will pay

My business will be a limited liability company. A limited liability company is a company composed of multiple people in a special written agreement. It distributes the loses and gains and assigns to people to their interests. When using an LLC our personal assets will also be protected if someone were to sue the company. A LLC also doesn’t limit the number of people that can manage. It appears as the best option because, there will be many different people working in the company who help run the medical side of the business. It would be beneficial to have them be a part of the management, because they can overlook their specialty. In the long run the business will also receive financial benefits. It is very important that our business is credible, since we deal with the mental health of our clients. An LLC offers the credibility because it shows that I have a formal commitment to my business. A limited liability also requires fewer state and federal requirements. That means that making the business official and up and running, will be a faster process. There are also no ongoing pieces that will come back and haunt us just when we think the business is ready to go. This helps us assure that our business meets all requirements and stays on schedule for

Usha and Manoj, 1) I am currently actively pushing to move both suites at your property at 2090 Sugarloaf Parkway. a) Second Floor 1,250 SF suite: As far as the second floor space (1,250 SF) is concerned, I continue to receive and come across rather "random" inquiries and prospects, but none of them appear truly substantive or qualified. And these prospects simply do not exhibit overt professionalism. Although there has been various sorts of inquiries, as an example, a few days ago, I've received an inquiry from a prospect stating that he is just starting out a general contracting business (less than a year in operation) and says he is interested in a lease not more than 12 months. For an identical space like yours elsewhere, I would've have probably already leased it to a small professional, but reliable tenants such as a small CPA, single person operation attorney with an assistant or two, insurance agency that is reliable, psychologist who have been in practice for some time, etc, etc., etc.,, but many of the prospects that I have run to in this neighborhood (and continue to come across) are prospects in an "unproven" business and/or lacks any traceable history within one particular industry.…

In the 1984 Baltimore County Master Plan two large developments were created based off of the creation of Interstate 795 and 95. One development, White Marsh, is located on the eastern side of the county and the other Owings Mills, is located in the northwestern section. Both of these developments were similar and were located near the highways and public transit systems but slightly different because luxury tenants were occupying the Owings Mills Mall. The Owings Mills and White Marsh commercial areas were originally developed to give incentives for private development with hopes of growth and prosperity in those areas of the County. The Owings Mills area was specifically targeted as potentially prosperous because its location was by a major highway and a metro station and two local private schools were within 15 minutes, which gave incentive for future development.…

Servant Orientation Another element or characteristic of a Pauline leadership theory includes an orientation toward service. In his letter to the Romans, Paul calls himself “a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle […](Romans 1;1), while indicating that he is “obligated” (Romans 1:14) to those he has been called to share the Gospel. This is unmistakably an element of Paul’s own perspective of his role as an apostle, and as a servant of Christ. This duality of mission and obligation to those who are in need of the Gospel define his orientation toward service.…
