INTRODUCTION
Firstly, I would like to thanks Ms Nhajhazlynda for being my lecturer for this personal development skills subjects. I had completed every tasks and assignment for the course, I was able to benefit from a variety of new things from the class, as well as refresh my memory on things that I already knew, just needed a reminder about.
Personal development skills is the communication style and group process skills that impact her or his ability to persuade, listen, lead decision-making and more. In the course, it can help me to identify and know myself more.
In this report, I am going to write a report of individual reflection for personal development skills.

A work/study/life balance is vital for my health. I must know how to balance all of this to keep my stress levels down. I must know how to manage my time. This is always easier said than done, but I try some simple things like keeping a diary with any important dates written in it for example, due dates for any assignments— and also I use the calendar feature on my phone so I will always have your diary with you. I always make sure I set aside some relaxation time like doing masks or watching drama/show. Also, I do give myself time for any important social events with family and friends. In this whole semester, I need to submit and hand up each assignment every week. I am a person who want everything to be perfect so do my assignments. But every assignment I only have 1 week time to finish, so finishing assignments on time was and still is a challenge for me. I have not go to a full answer for this issue yet, yet I made changes throughout my life with reference to how I can oversee time administration.

SUGGESTION AND RECOMMENDATION FOR IMPROVEMENT
When I face or have any problems, I don’t like troublesome so I like to solve problems immediately or else I will get stress. When problems come, I will solve it calmly. I prefer think first before speak out rather than spoke out everything but end up doesn’t help anything. First of all, I will think where did the problems come from, is this problems serious, do I have other more serious problem to be solve first, and then I will find solution to solve the problems. When I couldn’t solve it, I will seek for others help and try to solve it by myself.

Besides that, I always lack of confidence when I talk and walk, because I couldn’t accept my language and body. This impacted me because I talk and walk shyly; because of my shyness I actually lose opportunities in a lot of things.
