Personality, which is the sum of all the characteristics of an individual that make him distinctive, determines in which ways he or she adjusts to the environment around. Both heredity and environment have influence on the formation of personality, with greater weight on the genetic side according to some conducted researches. Personality is who we are, it arises within us and closely influences our relationships, thoughts, feelings and the causes of our actions. If a person demonstrates some characteristics frequently throughout his life, they are called personal traits of that person. My personality describes who I am, determines how I live and conduct my relationships with other people. I have taken Five Factor Personality Test, 16 Personalities Test and A/B personality tests to measure different traits of my personality, which have resulted in the following coinciding results. First of all, I am an introverted person, which is the determinant of my behaviour in social situations. That is, I am a person who is generally quiet and reserved but naturally social as I feel comfortable with my family and friends. It takes time for me to build strong relationships with other people because of my shyness and protective nature. However, I am able to establish deep emotional contact with others after spending long time over knowing them little by little and building trust (16 Personalities, n. d.). Although I’m introverted and shy, my agreeableness degree is high, which means I am trusting, friendly and cooperative. I really enjoy sharing my experience, knowledge, time with people in need of it. I am an introverted and perfectionist person who loves helping others, observing and being structured, avoids changes and feels generally overloaded because of high level of sensitiveness. With all these characteristics, I am likely to become more successful and boost my productivity if I engage in conventional or service-oriented
