I agree with your assessment of the three problems being faced by our subject, however, your reasoning for the issues are very different from mine. The one issue I would like to address is the marital problems, my argument is that the wife was committing adultery, which is illegal in 21 states, making Mr. Foster a victim and which is something that should be considered in this case study(Mundy,1998). The fact that a crime was being committed and the fact the events occurred were because of that crime, should be used to provide mediating circumstances for the client. Please understand that I’m not condoning his actions, but I do understand.
