In school growing up he had always had trouble in school because English was his second language and wasn’t good in math or English. The school put him on an IEP and made me take some ESL classes. He didn’t enjoy school like most kids, it was a chore or a punishment for him. He played on multiple sports teams such as hockey, softball and football at school and outside school. He didn’t have a ton of friends and he often got bullied as a kid. When he was 11 years old he was sick and tired of the bullying and started to get into fights on a weekly basis. If he wasn’t at school he was either home and suspended or in the office. He wasn’t good in decision making and he started to develop some anger issues from the bullying. In grade 7 the school enlisted him in an anger management class but that just made him worse and angrier. In high school, he got involved in the wrong crowd and started hanging out with the wrong people. Two months into grade 9 he fought with a kid that was calling him names and he threw the boy into a stain class window in the office. That’s when he got into a lot of trouble, the school called the police, he got expelled from the school and the kid that he fought wanted to press charges. The police made him a deal and he got sent to a different school and he wasn’t allowed back on school …show more content…
He didn’t know what he was getting arrested for until 1 hour after searching his house for nothing. They showed him the warrant and then told why he was getting arrested and being taken into custody. They took him into an interview room and he was getting questioned but not about the situation that he was arrested for they were asking about his friends. They didn’t get to the point into 2 hours of integrating him. He got arrested for fraud under $5000, counterfeit money, and uttering. He committed that crime in July 2, 2014. He even forgot about what he did, they took too long to arrest him. After 4 hours of question he finally was allowed to speak to a legal aid advisor. The police already called the legal aid and just gave him the phone. After that call he was allowed to make a personal phone call to either a friend or his parents. They processed him and put him in holding cell, it was too late to send him to court because court services had already left. He had to stay there overnight and in the morning he had court at 9 am. At court they placed him on bail of $100 since it was his first crime that he ever committed. They let him go but he has to show up to speak to the crown November 15,
