Challenge is often viewed as a negative and rejecting word. In reality life would not move forward without unfavorable factors. Life is a series of pleasant and unpleasant elements and events combined together to take us to our desired destination. Obstacles help us to learn and grow in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects during our lifespan. Self-improvement is the first step to advance and navigate personal and professional life to the right direction. Opposing forces in life help build our characters, teach us lessons we need, and make us realize that anything is possible

Many nurses work while they continue their education. This process creates so many challenges for them. Along with a good time management that was mentioned earlier, work schedule must be realistic and doable as well. If it is possible working extra hours, and long shifts should be avoided. Working reasonable amount of hours will reduce the stress and physical fatigue, and in result the learner have more time to study and also work efficiently in work place. Having an effective financial plan to avoid unnecessary expenses will provide the opportunity to work less hours. Staying in touch with students and instructors are beneficial tools to achieve success. Effective communication with the management team at work helps to stay on track tremendously. To gain the professional knowledge it is essential to use any possible learning resources such as online learning centers and libraries in addition to school assignments.

How to Handle Negative Attitude at Workplace No matter how satisfied you are with job you do there are always other factors that are distracting and having negative influence.
