Description of Person System, Family/Household/Primary Social System, & Ecological System
The client identifies as a twenty-three-year-old Caucasian female. The client is five foot- six inches tall, one hundred and twenty pound, and looks her age. She has blue eyes and long brown hair, that she wears up frequently. She has four ear piercings. The client typically dresses in athletic attire, which consist of black tights or yoga pants and T-shirts or sweaters/hoodies.
Family/Household/Primary Social System
The client has lived in Glenmoore, PA her entire life with her parents and now resides with her boyfriend (Mark Smith) in the same neighborhood. Her parents live twenty minutes away from her apartment and her old sister (Katie King) lives

Ecological System
The client is currently not attending school but has completed some college courses at the local community college. She has also been unemployed for almost two years. The client worked at a restaurant as a shift manager for three years before she left for maternity leave when she was eight months. While at the restaurant she had great relationships with her co-workers and customers.
Since the client is under twenty-six, she is still under her parent medical, dental, and vision insurance. All of her doctors (Family Physician, GYN, Dentist, and Optometrist) are in her town and she has been a patient of them for at least eight years. She visits each doctor every year, for an annual check-up, unless she needs to be seen more than that. In emergency situations she does to the hospital in the neighboring town, which is 10 minutes away.
The client enjoys writing and painting, but has not done much since she has had her son. Most of her time is spent is spent with her son and taking care of the house. She does not have many friends, but the few that she does live far, so she only gets to see them when they are home for the holidays. They client does not exercise and is not interested in doing
