What is Persistance of Vision? Persistance of vision to me, is never giving up on what you believe, never giving in to those who doubt you, and never allowing anyone to deter you from accomplishing your goals. Inventors, musicians, designers, animators, actors, and doctors; this list can go on because one of the things all these have in common is that they are all artists of some degree. Everyone on this planet who has a vision for something they believe in, the only way to achieve it, is with hard work and dedication. These words are used all the time to describe a way to accomplish ones goals. This man with the help of others and his brother Roy had begun one of the most significant companies of our time in film production and animation, Disney. His desires and vision still sculpt the minds of children and adults all around the world. Providing entertainment to all who take part in Disney. Without focusing directley on every achievement of Walter, this man had created many ideas throughout his life and adulthood, one standing prominent through some others is his creation of "Mickey Mouse." This idea was brought forward with alot of hardwork and perseverance. Later on in the mid 1930's, there was a decline in popularity for his character. So Disney did not give up, he pressed on and brought forward new characters to keep his dream alive of creating animation and bringing happiness to people, such as "Donald Duck, Pluto, and Goofy." Now the company Disney is one of the largest businesses out there, and it was brought up through all the hardwork Walter put into his creations. Although, there are many other examples I will not get into details about them all because this man you could have an entire encylopedia of what he has accomplished, that all show what can happen when you keep true to your own
