A dramatic career change in 2010 afforded me a glimpse into the world of publishing, and I have not stopped looking. After serving over twenty-two years as a literacy coach/teacher, in an elementary school district, I resolved to take my love for books to the next level. At Mind Your Intentions, a personal and business coaching firm based in Phoenix, I honed my skills in the publishing division, conducting social media outreach, print and digital marketing, project management, research, editing, newsletters and website design. Helping the CEO publish her book, Remembering One, Once Again, was particularly exciting. Having worn many hats for a variety of projects, I’ve learned to adapt to different roles and responsibilities, thus broadening my professional outlook, making me a more versatile and integral member of your team.
