Movie production companies like any other business companies have an intricate governance due to the complexity of its projects and the great amounts of money allotted at stake of the production of movies. The success of such companies as is the case of Perna Arts company leadership ideas and the role of the different department managers is crucial as the project manger and other related production managers decide of the fate of the company they are working for as these managers shall be dotted with skill, experience in problem-solving by a creative and innovative approach pertaining to a charismatic leader in the organization. Perna Arts sought new ideas from its customers then this shows a new approach to the company’s relationships with its customers. Such relationship between Perna Arts and its customers became customer-centered unlike in the past before the crisis it had gone through caused its management to reconsider the customer-supplier-management relationships. Khatri offered to be creative in the sense, Perna Arts adopted new themes requested and suggested by its customers. Creativity comes from customers with new themes for films produced by Perna Arts and also from the management of Perna Arts inspired by the charismatic personality of project manager of …show more content…
Khatri has to coordinate many activities in Perna Arts as the movie industry itself involves many expenses and many risks and for that Perna Arts has to manage that effectively as costs of films production are high and any failure of any films in the market will jeopardize the very existence of any entertainment or movie making companies.
As to ways of enhancing understanding the challenges of management by the management of Perna Arts , the managers shall keep close to his team in the film production and closely assessing and mentoring his staff and his training college which will provide trained and skilled staff for the movie industry With the adoption of the new ideas, Perna Arts reduced the quantity of the films produced only focusing on quality as Perna Arts ultimately developed 15 to 20 full scripts per year, out of which two to four films were actually made as stated in the case
