The strategy that has the highest probability of paying off for Permalco is for Tracy and Jim to began seeking up and coming graduate from universities and colleges. New graduates will be eager to find employment in their field and they, and have new ideas and have learned new technology that can help Permalco when it comes to growth. Even though they may have competition, they have a chance to hire great employees. A recruiting firm may not be a good idea for Permalco at this time because they are not looking for a lot of individuals to start, they only need 2 a year. Which gives Tracy and Jim plenty of time to visit colleges and universities seeking new candidates (Bernardin & Russell, 2013).
