Perm-Temp-Ban People: Case Study

Explain some cases in which you would perm-ban/temp-ban people:
Hacking-
The first thing is i would have to see it with my own eyes or i would have to see a video for proof. If i saw them hacking i would temp-ban them for 1 week. If they got on and continued then i would ban them forever.

Spam-
The first time i would kick them. If they continued i would temp-mute them. If they continued after that i would mute them.

Mute Evasion-
I will need proof or see it with my own eyes first. If i did see it with my own eyes or on a video i would temp-ban them for 30 minutes.
Indirect Advertising-
If they were advertising i would just mute them forever because i feel that they do not need to be doing that kind of stuff to take people from the server OPCRAFT.

Chat Flooding-
The first time i would kick the player to make sure they know they are being watched. If they continued i would temp mute. When they got unmated if they continued i would mute them.

Advertising-
If someone advertises i would mute them especially if they are advertising other servers.

Impersonating Staff-
If the staff are being impersonated i would template first. If it continued after the temp mute i would then but them.

Purchase Trolling-
I would ban them from the server and contact a higher staff member.

Staff Disrespect-
First i would kick them, if it continued i would temp-mute, but if it continued after that i would temp ban. if it continued i would mute.

Excessive Racism-
The first time i would kick them to warn them. If it continued i would temp-mute. If it continued i would temp ban. If it continued i would mute.

Leaking Staff info-
I would make sure to contact the owner. I would ask the owner to demote them. If it continued i would then temp ban them. If it continued i would then ban
