Here are a few cases witch I would punish someone for their actions in game.
Advertising, Advertising consists of saying an IP in chat or even anything that is not related to OPCraft. If you are caught Advertising, you will be permanently banned and you are to clear the chat. if a helper catches you, they will permanently mute the player and take screenshots. Then they are to forward it to a mod+ to ban the player.
Hacking, Hacking consists of having a modified client / mods on a server. There is a list of mods that are allowed though. Say you are using Killaura / AntiKB, you are to record the player and tempban them for 48 hours. Then in hacker chat, you are to vote weather or not the player should be banned. If they get 5 +1s in hacker chat, they are to be banned. If they don't …show more content…
The punishment for this is a warn at first. After that if they continue, they are to be tempmuted for 5 minutes. If they continue, they are to be muted for 10, 15, 20 and you get it. once they reach 30 minutes or so, contact a high staff member.
Suspicious links / IP loggers. This consists of you making a link that looks like it can be suspicious. You will be permanently muted for this.
Staff dis, This consists of disrespecting a staff member for when they are trying to do their job of keeping the players of OPCraft clean. They also have other jobs that are obvious like catching hackers and what not. You will first be warned, then muted for 5-15 minutes. A manager is allowed to override this, doing what the see fits. If a staff member attacks you verbaly, and you attack them back, they cannot warn you.
Staff impersonation, If you are impersonating a staff member, you will be muted for 15 minutes, no warnings. This means you set your nick name to a staff members name. This can cause a lot of chaos / drama and is not needed.
