Explain some cases in which you would perm-ban/temp-ban people:
Spamming Chat:
Lots of people like to Spam Caps, Being Racist, and plain disrespectful, and rarely bots. Spam the same message over and over in chat, so there needs to be a punishment. If bots were ever to come online the server i would immediately alert a higher staff member and clear the chat. I would also mute all the bots i can and make sure the situation is under control. If a player was Spamming, i would first warn the player then Temp-Mute the player for 5-15 minutes. If it continues i will alert a higher staff member and continue and punish the player once more with possibly a permanent mute or whatever the higher staff member chooses.

Hacking / Blacklisted Clients:
Using Hacked Clients/Backlisted Clients is not allowed. If a player were to use any black listed client or hacked client i would instantly alert a Moderator to put the player on a 48 hour ban as holding time. As the player is on a holding time other staff member decide if the player will be permanently banned. A manager can ban any player for hacking on the spot if proper evidence is shown.
Advertising:
Posting an IP Addresses on OPCraft, real or just as a joke is an permanent Ban. If someone were to Advertise i would Alert a higher staff member to have them banned, evidence would be provided.
Mute Evasion:
If you have been muted and you find ways to avoid/talk to people outside of your mute you will be temp-banned for 15 minutes. If i see a player avoiding a mute, i will alert an manager immediately to have the player temporarily banned. …show more content…
Which means, as long as you are following all of our other rules you may say what ever you want to staff. Excessive racism is not allowed here however, spamming racist words in chat, being obnoxious using racist terms, or just blatantly being excessively racist like i said before. If a player were to be excessively racist i would warn the player, if i continues then mute the player for 15 minutes, if the issue still persists then mute the player once more for 30 minutes. If the issue still persists after this i will let a Manager know to see if the player should be permanently muted or
