The three areas of the tutorial I am aware that I require a few practices in the Patient Care, Part 1; General Patient Care tutorial on Perform Measurement Conversions 1 explains how a MA needs to record a patient’s temperature by converting the Celsius to Fahrenheit by multiplying the Celsius by nine-fifths and add thirty-two. And to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius is by subtracting thirty-two from the Fahrenheit temperature and multiple the results by five-ninths. The second tutorial on Perform Measurement Conversions 2 demonstrates how to convert a patient’s height and weight. For instance 1 lb = 0.45kg, to convert pounds to kilograms multiply pounds by 0.45 and to convert kilograms to pounds multiply kilograms by 2.2. The third tutorial on Perform Measurement Conversions 3 explains how to convert feet to inches is by multiplying the …show more content…
I need more demonstrates tutorials on how to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius, height to weight, and feet to inches. Some ideas and ways to improve my weakness is by watching YouTube tutorial and practice how to convert on the website “Khanacademy.org”, this website demonstrates how to techniques to solve an equation by providing practice exercises and instructional videos. For instance, this website helped me in my algebra class during high school where I had to multiply and divide fractions. This website showed me different easy techniques on multiplying and dividing fractions. Another way to improve my weakness is practice with classmates, friends, or family. For instance, my dad is a math wizard aka he is an accounting so he helps me with my math assignments, he shows me easy ways on solving an equation, he also makes me try an equation and try to solve it. I feel like these ideas, as well as ways, will help me improve in the areas of weaknesses I still need help
