This book is Utopian. The plot is that the gods are trying to defend their kingdom from the Titans, who want to destroy the kingdom and raise again their own. The main character is Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon (2nd most powerful …show more content…
The only one close to that might be Luke Castellan and Percy Jackson. They both are major parts in the story and famous and adored but there on two different sides of the battle. So not much of a foil character but still sort of a foil character.
Climax
There are many climax's in this story but to me the main one is where Percy becomes invincible by taking a dip in the River Styx and not getting burned alive. It is a significant turning point because it gives him the power to fight Titans And Gods and other immortal beings. The Gods would have had no chance of beating the titans had Percy not become invincible.
Resolution
The resolution of the story was when Luke knifed himself to end both him and Kronos. This ended the war because it took away the powerful leader of the Titans. It was as major as the climax if not more important. It brought success to a long journey, and was greatly rejoiced. It was a perfect resolution.
Theme
The main theme of Percy Jackson and the Last Olympian is Courage. Multiple times throughout the book, courage is boldly displayed. When Annabeth took a sword slash for Percy it showed her enormous courage. Also when Luke stabbed himself to end him and Kronos, it showed courage. Those are just a few displays of courage that were shown, really, throughout the entire
