We all look very details into the SWOT of both restaurants, compare very carefully between the pros and cons of both restaurants and finally made the conclusion.

The reason of why we chose Zinox as the winner is because instead of just serving food to customers, they also provide an entertainment area such as Tv or darts machine that others competitors does not provide. Zinox has begun the new concept of western food restaurant, being the first mover that provides entertainment area in western food restaurant, Zinox has gain their competitive advantage against other competitors.

Not only that, our team think that the taste of food in Zinox is top 3 in Sabah, at least, better than Grill’z kitchen, the portion of their food also satisfy the needs of customers, they make their customers feel that it is worth to eat at Zinox.

In overall, Zinox is our final choice as Zinox will motivate us to visit there and make the 2nd or even more purchase. Although Zinox still has their own weaknesses as well as threats, but we believe that their good management and marketing team are able to solve & overcome their problems and become more successful in the
