Perceptual process

Perception refers to the set of processes we use to make sense of all the stimuli you encounter every second, from the glow of the computer screen in front of you to the smell of the room to the itch on your ankle. Our perceptions are based on how we interpret all these different sensations, which are sensory impressions we get from the stimuli in the world around us. As we had already mentioned above, Grill’z kitchen have very bad reviews from customers, in overall, their bad reviews, bad & slow service does not motivate customers, at least for our team to make the second purchase in the Grill’z kitchen since there are many others choices in either Citymall or Kobusak, if we want to find a place to have dinner, or even go for a drinks with friends, we can definitely find better choices.

We all look very details into the SWOT of both restaurants, compare very carefully between the pros and cons of both restaurants and finally made the conclusion.

The reason of why we chose Zinox as the winner is because instead of just serving food to customers, they also provide an entertainment area such as Tv or darts machine that others competitors does not provide. Zinox has begun the new concept of western food restaurant, being the first mover that provides entertainment area in western food restaurant, Zinox has gain their competitive advantage against other competitors.

Not only that, our team think that the taste of food in Zinox is top 3 in Sabah, at least, better than Grill’z kitchen, the portion of their food also satisfy the needs of customers, they make their customers feel that it is worth to eat at Zinox.

In overall, Zinox is our final choice as Zinox will motivate us to visit there and make the 2nd or even more purchase. Although Zinox still has their own weaknesses as well as threats, but we believe that their good management and marketing team are able to solve & overcome their problems and become more successful in the

Food taste is one of the aspects in which the customers determine when they choose a specific restaurant and selecting it for further purchases (Irfan, 2014).Being wrong on what the customers want to taste can damage the business while other companies achieve the target exactly (Zethmal et al, 1993). This aspect was one of the aspects that Rajiv considered in preparing food .He served fresh eggs with high quality cooking requirements .He recognized the importance of freshness and healthy products .So he was always looking for the best quality products for customers (Hall, 2003). CMG also has shown their strong presence, having around 2,000 branch locations, they have also showed a positive brand image with their customer loyalty, and they showed this even when they were going through a rough time, by guaranteeing their customers that they were going to take drastic measures to ensure the safety of their consumers. CMG also decided to show their loyalty to their customers by giving out free burritos for a short period of time, which worked for them because many consumers once again placed their trust in the restaurant chain. And even though giving out free food will most likely cost the company in the short term, the long term effect of this act will help restore the trust in the brand nationwide. They have also shown their innovative ways to publicly advertise their brand, and again this was shown when they decided to have a live tweet of the new changes that were going to take place in their restaurant, by keeping customers up to date and receiving questions from their employees about their new safety guidelines. Other strengths of CMG include use of environment friendly material in their construction of the restaurants, all restaurants are owned by CMG and are not franchised and lastly…
