I’d welcome the opportunity to work with Jill. The Perceptions Management Coaching is a building process. The more self-aware she is of her current capabilities, the more she can build on them.

Today everyone is challenged to ‘do more of what works and less of what doesn’t’. Individuals, who accomplish a lot, believe they are already doing this – until they can see from others eyes.

It’s quite common in the midst of a rapidly changing business to either overestimate or underestimate one’s effectiveness. It’s wise to step back and assess what is contributing to outcomes and how that affects energy, effort, and internal/external working relationships.

To me, the best part of the perceptions process is she would be using herself as the model.
