In most of photographs Sebald includes in his memoir, there are net patterns such as on windows and fences. The first example of net is right after his experience of trauma and moved to the hospital. The narrator is lying down on a hospital bed still immobilized and sees the window near his bed. The narrator was afraid that that his experience of walking the town of Suffolk become a forgotten past and states that “Several times during the day [he] felt a desire to assure [himself] of a reality [he] feared had vanished forever by looking out of that hospital window, which, for some strange reason, was draped with black netting” (4). Magnification Loupes in U.S. Entry–level Dental Hygiene Programs – Occupational Health and Safety written by Dongdon, Tolle, Darby (2012) The purpose of this study was due to improving dental hygienists environmental stressors and improve occupational health of dental hygienists by the American Dental Hygienists’ association’s (ADHA). The National Dental Hygiene Research Agenda states that occupational health and safety introduced the magnification of loupes so that it could reduce stressors and decrease errors in the work environment. The study showed that magnification loupes enhanced treatment and improved ergonomics during patient care by using this device.
