The shifting demographics and economics of our expanding multiethnic world and the enduring disparities in the health condition of individuals from ethnically different backgrounds has confronted health care providers and facilities to consider cultural diversity as an urgency.
In health care management diversity is needed to become more resourceful and open to change. Health care managers must have the competencies to work in a diverse atmosphere and be ready to educate themselves and others to value diverse disparities so that every person is treated with respectability.
Per the Provider’s Guide to Quality and Culture, minorities are given a poorer quality of health services than nonminority’s. It is important that all health care
