At mid night, while my kids full a sleep, I tried to get ride from my stressful day, it was a long day; I lay on the coach. Suddenly, I received call from my supervisor, she need me at the work. I apologized from her; I could not leave my kids home alone, my husband had emergency surgery at the hospital. She said that could be fine if you have a pickup person. Unscheduled work breaks the family lifestyle, every family member has a certain job to do, but sudden work time impacts the balance. One family member wills pear more duty, especially in the families who have young kids. When the family life interferes with work life leads to increased conflicts and choosing between your family and your work is desecration; you have to choice successful path in the job or failed in the motherhood path. When I call my supervisor, and said to her “I could not find any person to cover my job”, she said “It is your responsibility keep trying to find the person, or try to find any baby sitter to stay with your kids, that is your problem”. The image of the all day began to recall in my mind, I felt lonely. Then I went to my kids room, I looked at them; they need me more than any person in the world. Then I remembered my client in the hospital, maybe she wants me too, all that made me so stressful and anxiety. Finally I found person to cover my work, but I could not sleep at that
